  • Sergei Marchenko,
    Teaching Pastor & Elder (staff)

    Pastor Sergei was born in Kyiv, Ukraine. Raised in a non-religious, post-Soviet family, he met Christ at age 16 through American missionary neighbors. Sergei is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and is ordained in the EFCA. He served in Kyiv for 3 years, and spent 8 years as pastor of Christian Fellowship Free Church in Chicago before coming to Chatham in 2015. Sergei and his wife, Gillian, a published author, live in Spanish Lake. They have four daughters, Elaina, Zoya, Polina and Evangeline. Polly and Evie, who was adopted from Ukraine, both have special needs, and the family is glad to be involved in the special needs community.

  • Josh Govier, Youth Pastor & Elder (staff)

    Pastor Josh grew up attending Chatham and joined our staff as Youth Pastor in 2013. He graduated from Hannibal-LaGrange University in 2010 with a B.A. in Biblical Studies, and previously ministered part time as a youth pastor at Trinity Baptist Church in Sikeston, MO. Josh is excited to see Christ's work in students as their faith grows and matures. He and his wife, Beth, live in Florissant with their children, Eliott and Olivia.

  • Sarah Gregor, Office Manager (staff)

    Sarah is usually the first voice you’ll hear if you call the church office. She’s served on staff since 2002, with a growing focus on prayer and outreach. Having grown up attending church but not truly knowing Jesus until her 20s, Sarah embraces opportunities to help others better understand the Gospel. She also loves worshiping the Lord in song with Chatham’s Worship Team. Sarah and her musical husband, Paul, are both lifelong St. Louis area natives who grew up in North County. They currently live in the heart of St. Louis County near Westport.
