Chatham Formation Classes

Chatham Formation Classes are designed to offer comprehensive spiritual formation through teaching and training. We use this time to make disciples of Jesus through four core areas of instruction, including Sound Doctrine, Christian Vocation, Spiritual Practices and Missional Living. We also utilize this time for prayer, fellowship, ministry connections and more throughout the year.

All classes and events begin at 9 a.m. unless otherwise noted, and everyone is welcome to attend, though some classes may require prior registration. A lift is available in the gym for upstairs access.

See children's Sunday School details on our Kids & Youth page.

  • History of Revivals

Led by Pastor Sergei Marchenko, Fellowship Room Upstairs

    | SOUND DOCTRINE |
Join us this fall as we hear stories about the movements of the Spirit all over the world through the centuries. Come and learn what a revival is, and begin to pray for God to do a great work in our time.

  • From Genesis to Revelation: Creation in the Bible

A 10-Week Journey Through Scripture’s Full Witness to God’s Creative Work
Led by Mark Maxwell, Room 24/25 Upstairs

    | SOUND DOCTRINE |
When we think of creation, our minds often go to the opening chapters of Genesis. But what if the Bible has much more to say about God’s creative activity—from the fall to the final restoration? In this 10-week class, we’ll explore how creation appears throughout the pages of Scripture, including Job, Psalms, Proverbs, the Prophets, the Gospels, the New Testament letters and Revelation. We’ll examine how the Bible speaks to the purpose, beauty and brokenness of creation, and how it points toward a future renewal.
